Ear screening program details of Sekhar Retreat Centre,

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr. Rajesh Maharjan, Ms. Smriti Shrestha , Ms. Prity Maharjan, Ms. Alina Madhikarmi, Ms. Elina Maharjan

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 70
• Total number of students with normal findings: 25 (35.71%)
  • Normal with hearing loss: 1
• Total number of students with wax: 35 (50%)
• Total number of students with external ear problem: 3 (4.28%)
• Total number of students with middle ear probelm: 6 (8.75%)
• Total number of students with hearing loss: 5 (7.14%)
