Ear screening program details of Shree Padma Higher Secondary School

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr. Milan Maharjan, Dr. Samjhana Phuyal, Binay Adhikari, Prity  Maharjan, Elina Maharjan, Alina Madhikarmi, Mana Shrestha, Morgan & Elena.

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 528
• Total number of students with normal findings: 357 (67.61%)
• Total number of students with wax: 112 (21.21%)
• Total number of students with external ear problem: 0
• Total number of students with middle ear problem: 56(10.60%)
• SNHL: 2(0.37%)
