Ear screening program details of Ganesh Secondary School

Nagadesh, Bhaktapur

 Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr. Milan Maharjan, Binay Bikram Adhikari, Mana Shrestha, Elina Maharjan, Prity Maharjan & Alina Madhikarmi. 

 Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

•  Total number of students ear screened: 421
• Total number of students with normal findings: 256 (60.8%)
• Total number of students with wax: 127 (30.16%)
• Total number of students with external ear problem: 1 (0.23%)
• Total number of students with middle ear problem: 30 (7.12%)
• SNHL: 7 (1.66%)
