Ear screening program details of Mahakali Secondary School

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr. Santosh Kumar, Mr. Shakespeare Pandey, Ms. Prity Maharjan, Ms. Elina Maharjan, Ms. Alina Madhikarmi.

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 341
• Total number of students with normal findings: 242 (70.97%)
• Total number of students with wax: 83 (24.34%)
• Total number of students with external ear problem: 2 (0.59%)
• Total number of students with middle ear probelm: 14 (4.10%)
