Ear screening program details of Bal Bikash Kendra Primary School

Tyagal, Lalitpur

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr. Samjhana Phuyal, Dr. Santosh Kumar, Ms. Elina Maharjan & Mr. Alexis.

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 31
• Total number of students with normal findings: 8 (25.80%)
• Total number of students with wax: 21 (67.74%)
• Total number of students with external ear problem: 1(3.22%)
• Total number of students with middle ear problem: 1 (3.22%)
• Total number of students with hearing loss: 0
