Ear screening program details of Bishankhu Narayan Secondary School

Godawari, Lalitpur

 Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr. Rajeshh Maharjan, Ms. Smriti Shrestha, Ms. Prity Maharjan, Ms. Alina  Madhikarmi, Ms, Rosy Bajracharya. 

 Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 98
• Total number of students with normal findings: 77 (81.05%)
• Total number of students with wax: 19 (19.38%)
• Total number of students with external ear problem: 1(1.02%)
• Total number of students with middle ear probelm: 1 (1.02%)
• SNHL: 0
• Total number of students with hearing loss: 1 (1.02%)
