Ear screening program details of Shree Golma Devi Secondary School,

Timur, Helambu

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr. Milan Maharjan , Ms. Prity Maharjan, Ms Rosy Bajracharya, Ms. Kareena Giri.

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 82
• Total number of students with normal findings: 55 (67.07%)
• Total number of students with wax: 23 (28.05%)
• Total numner of students with external ear problem: 0
• Total number of students with middle ear probelm: 4 (4.88%)
• Total number of students with hearing loss: 3 (3.66%)
