Ear screening program details of Shree Thuli Bramhayenee Adharbhut Vidhyalaya

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr. Samira Rajbhandari, Ms. Prity Maharjan, Ms. Sangita Dhakal, Ms. Roshna Shrestha & Ms. Anita Kumpakha, Ms Julia Hoang & Ms. Shamss Alqahiri.

 Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 110
• Total number of students with normal findings: 44 (40%)
• Total number of students with wax: 57 (51.82%)
• Total number of students with external ear problem: 1 (0.91%)
• Total number of students with middle ear problem: 8 (7.27%)
• Total number of students with hearing loss: 2 (1.82%)
• Total number of students ear surgery: 1
