Ear screening program details of Chandeshwori Basic School

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr. Samira Rajbhandari, Ms. Prity Maharjan, Ms. Sangita Dhakal, Ms. Roshna Shrestha & Ms. Sulochana Baral

 Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 42
• Total number of students with normal findings: 14 (33.34%)
• Total number of students with wax: 15 (35.71%)
• Total number of students with external ear problem: 0
• Total number of students with middle ear problem: 13 (30.95%)
• Total number of students with hearing loss: 0
• Total number of students requiring ear surgery: 0
