Ear screening program details of Shree Jhor Mahankal Secondary School,

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr. Samira Raj Bhandari, Ms. Prity Maharjan, Ms. Sangita Dhakal, Ms. Roshna Shrestha & Ms. Anita Kumpakha, Ms. Julia Hoang & Ms. Shamss Alqahiri

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 226
• Total number of students with normal findings: 88 (38.94%) 
  • Normal with hearing loss: 2
• Total number of students with wax: 105 (46.46%)
• Total number of students with middle ear problems: 33 (14.60%)
• Total number of students with hearing loss: 5 (2.21%)
