Ear screening program details of Shree Kavresthali Secondary School,

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr. Samira Raj Bhandari, Ms. Prity Maharjan, Ms. Sangita Dhakal, Ms. Sulochana Baral, Ms. Roshna Shrestha, Ms. Juliette Fiset & Mr. Alex Simard.

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 440
• Total number of students with normal findings: 181 (41.13%) 
• Total number of students with wax: 162 (36.82%)
• Total number of students with external ear problems: 5 (1.14%)
• Total number of students with middle ear problems: 92 (20.91%)
• Total number of students with hearing loss: 10 (2.27%)
