Ear screening program details of Salyansthan Primary School

Salyansthan, Kirtipur

 Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr. Belu Kayastha, Ms. Smriti Shrestha, Ms. Mana Shrestha, Ms. Prity Maharjan & Ms. Alina  Madhikarmi.

 Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 39
• Total number of students with normal findings: 16 (41%)
• Total number of students with wax: 23 (59%)
• Total number of students with external ear problem: 0
• Total number of students with middle ear problem: 0
• Total number of students with hearing loss: 0
