Ear screening program details of Navajyoti Primary School

Panga, Kirtipur

 Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr. Belu Kayastha, Ms. Smriti Shrestha, Ms. Mana Shrestha, Ms. Prity Maharjan, Ms. Mana Shrestha & Ms. Rosy Bajracharya.

 Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 26
• Total number of students with normal findings: 11 (42.30%)
• Total number of students with wax: 14 (53.84%)
• Total number of students with external ear problem: 0
• Total number of students with middle ear problem: 1 (3.84%)
• Total number of students with hearing loss: 0
