Ear screening program details of Sisnery Secondary School,

Lamatar, Lalitpur

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr. Samira Rajbhandari, Ms. Prity Maharjan, Ms Sangita Dhakal & Ms. Roshna Shrestha.

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 169
• Total number of students with normal findings: 90 (53.26%)
• Total number of students with wax: 59 (34.91%)
• Total number of students with external ear problem: 0
• Total number of students with middle ear problems: 20 (11.83%)
• Total number of students with hearing loss: 0
