Ear screening program details of Shree Bal Vinod Secondary School,

Natole, Lalitpur

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr. Samira Rajbhandari, Ms. Prity Maharjan, Ms Sangita Dhakal, Ms. Anjani Kumari Gupta & Mr. Sulav Maharjan.

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 149
• Total number of students with normal findings: 67 (44.97%)
• Total number of students with wax: 50 (33.56%)
• Total number of students with external ear problem: 2 (1.34%)
• Total number of students with middle ear problems: 30 (20.13%)
• Total number of students with hearing loss: 0
