Ear screening program details of Ngagyur Dzogchen Shri Singha Buddhist Monastic School,

Godawari, Lalitpur

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr. Shristi Subba, Ms. Prity Maharjan, Ms Sangita Dhakal, Ms. Karina Giri, Ms. Roshna Shrestha, Ms Lea Savard

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 111
• Total number of students with normal findings: 65 (58.55%)
• Total number of students with wax: 37 (33.33%)
• Total number of students with middle ear problems: 9 (8.10%)
• Total number of students with hearing loss: 3 (2.70%)
