Ear screening program details of Shree Bal Sewak Lower Secondary School

Hanumanghat, Bhaktapur

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr. Milan Maharjan, Dr. Samjhana Phuyal, Mana Shrestha, Prity Maharjan & Elina Maharjan.

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 198
• Total number of students with normal findings: 101 (51.01%)
• Total number of students with wax: 68 (34.34%)
• Total number of students with external ear problem: 1(0.5%)
• Total number of students with middle ear problem: 27 (13.63%)
• SNHL: 1 (0.5%)
