Ear screening program details of Shree Gyan Jyoti Lower Secondary School

Chhaling-2, Bhaktapur

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr. Milan Maharjan, Dr. Samjhana Phuyal, Mana Shrestha, Prity Maharjan & Elina Maharjan.

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 55
• Total number of students with normal findings: 26 (47.27%)
• Total number of students with wax: 24 (43.63%)
• Total number of students with external ear problem: 1(1.81%)
• Total number of students with middle ear problem: 4 (7.27%)
