Ear screening program details of Shree Bal Bhakta Primary School

Changunarayan-10, Ganeshthan, Bhaktapur

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr. Milan Maharjan, Dr. Samjhana Phuyal, Mana Shrestha, Prity Maharjan, Elina Maharjan, Alina Madhikarmi, Txaber, Bea & Amaya.

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 18
• Total number of students with normal findings: 5 (27.7%)
• Total number of students with wax: 10 (55.5%)
• Total number of students with external ear problem: 0
• Total number of students with middle ear problem: 3(16.6%)
