Ear screening program details of Dolagiri Higher Secondary School, Changunarayan-1, Bhaktapur

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr. Milan Maharjan, Dr. Samjhana Phuyal, Mana Shrestha, Prity Maharjan, Ramita Maharjan, Alina Madhikarmi, Elina Maharjan, Txaber, Bea & Amaya.

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 196
• Total number of students with normal findings: 128 (65.30%)
• Total number of students with wax: 48 (24.89%)
• Total number of students with external ear problem: 1 (0.51%)
• Total number of students with middle ear problem: 17 (8.67%)
• SNHL: 2 (1.02%)
