Ear screening program details of Shree Nagarkot Lower Secondary School

Nagarkot, Phedi, Bhaktapur

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr. Samjhana Phuyal, Mana Shrestha, Prity Maharjan, Alina Madhikarmi,Elina Maharjan, Txaber, Bea & Amaya. 

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 43
• Total number of students with normal findings: 29 (67.44%)
• Total number of students with wax: 11 (25.58%)
• Total number of students with external ear problem: 0
• Total number of students with middle ear problem: 3 (6.9%)
