Ear screening program details of Shree Azad Higher Secondary School

Jhaukhel,, Bhaktapur

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal:Dr. Milan Maharjan, Dr. Samjhana Phuyal, Prity Maharjan, Alina Madhikarmi,Elina Maharjan, Mana Shrestha, Ramita Maharjan, Amaya, Txaber & Bea. 

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 141
• Total number of students with normal findings: 84 (59.57%)
• Total number of students with wax: 36 (25.53%)
• Total number of students with external ear problem: 1(0.70%)
• Total number of students with middle ear problem: 20(14.18%)
