Ear screening program details of Shree Saraswoti Higher Secondary School

Sudal, Bhaktapur

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr. Milan Maharjan, Dr. Samjhana Phuyal,Prity Maharjan, Mana Shrestha & Alina Madhikarmi. 

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 177
• Total number of students with normal findings: 77 (43.50%)
• Total number of students with wax: 71 (40.11%)
• Total number of students with external ear problem: 3 (1.69%)
• Total number of students with middle ear problem: 26 (14.68%)
