Ear screening program details of Shree Ganesh Secondary School

Sipadol, Bhaktapur

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr.Milan Maharjan, Dr. Samjhana Phuyal, Prity Maharjan, Elina Maharjan, Alina Madhikarmi, Elena, Adryana.

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 251
• Total number of students with normal findings: 147 (58.56%)
• Total number of students with wax: 77 (30.67%)
• Total number of students with external ear problem: 1(0.39%)
• Total number of students with middle ear probelm: 25(9.96%)
• SNHL: 1(0.39%)
