Ear screening program details of Shree Bhuwaneswori Secondary School

Nangkhel, Bhaktapur

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr. Samjhana Phuyal, Prity Maharjan, Mana Shrestha & Elena Maharjan.

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 138
• Total number of students with normal findings: 79 (57.24%)
• Total number of students with wax: 42 (30.43%)
• Total number of students with external ear problem: 0
• Total number of students with middle ear problem: 17(12.31%)
