Ear screening program details of Doleshwor Lower Secondary School

Sipadol, Bhaktapur

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr. Santosh Kumar, Mana Shrestha, Alina Madhikarmi & Elena Maharjan.

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 73
• Total number of students with normal findings: 44 (60.27%)
• Total number of students with wax: 26 (36.62%)
• Total number of students with external ear problem: 0
• Total number of students with middle ear problem: 3 (4.11%)
