Ear screening program details of Shree Adarsha Higher Secondary School

layaku, Thimi, Bhaktapur

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr. Milan Maharjan, Dr. Samjhana Phuyal, Dr. Santosh Kumar, Mana Shrestha, Alina Madhikarmi, Elina Maharjan, Rupak Rauniar & Aashvi. 

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 527
• Total number of students with normal findings: 350 (66.41%)
• Total number of students with wax: 147 (27.89%)
• Total number of students with external ear problem: 2 (0.37%)
• Total number of students with middle ear problem: 28 (5.31%)
