Ear screening program details of Ganesh Secondary School,

Bharwacho-17, Bhaktapur

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr. Santosh Kumar,Prity Maharjan, Alina Madhikarmi ,Elina Maharjan, Aashvi, Rupak Rauniar, Janire Madina & Miguel Rodriguez . 

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 263
• Total number of students with normal findings: 178 (67.68%)
• Total number of students with wax: 71 (26.99%)
• Total number of students with external ear problem: 0
• Total number of students with middle ear problem: 14 (5.32%)
