Ear screening program details of Bal Sudhar Griha

Sano Thimi-17, Bhaktapur

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal:  Dr. Samjhana Phuyal, Mana Shrestha, Elina Maharjan, Alina Madhikarmi & Prity Maharjan.

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 133
• Total number of students with normal findings: 86 (64.66%)
• Total number of students with wax: 14 (10.52%)
• Total number of students with external ear problem: 2 (1.5%)
• Total number of students with middle ear problem: 27 (20.3%)
• SNHL: 2 (1.5%)
