Ear screening program details of  Shree Gyan Vijaya Basic School

Dhudpati, Bhaktapur

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal:  Dr. Santosh Kumar, Mana Shrestha, Elina Maharjan, Prity Maharjan & Alina Madhikarmi.

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 86
• Total number of students with normal findings: 62 (72.09%)
• Total number of students with wax: 19 (22.09%)
• Total number of students with external ear problem: 0
• Total number of students with middle ear problem: 5 (5.81%)
