Ear screening program details of Shree Saraswoti Lower Secondary School

Sipadol, Bhaktapur

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal:  Dr. Santosh Kumar, Elina Maharjan, Alina Madhikarmi, Jone, Iker, Irantzu & Arri.

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 59
• Total number of students with normal findings: 39 (66.1%)
• Total number of students with wax: 14 (23.73%)
• Total number of students with external ear problem: 0
• Total number of students with middle ear problem: 6 (10.17%)
