Ear screening program details of Lokanthali Primary School

Lokanthali, Bhaktapur

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr. Samjhana Phuyal, Dr. Monica Schumacher, Mana Shrestha & Prity Maharjan. 

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 42
• Total number of students with normal findings: 26 (61.9%)
• Total number of students with wax: 15 (35.7%)
• Total number of students with external ear problem: 0
• Total number of students with middle ear problem: 1 (2.38%)
