Ear screening program details of Pranodaya Primary School

Jalakhu, Bhaktapur

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr. Santosh Kumar, Ms. Mana Shrestha & Ms. Prity Maharjan. 

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 54
• Total number of students with normal findings: 31 (57.4%)
• Total number of students with wax: 17 (31.48%)
• Total number of students with external ear problem: 0
• Total number of students with middle ear problem: 6 (11.11%)
