Ear screening program details of Shree Siddhi Ganesh Secondary  School,

Sorakhutte, Kathmandu

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr. Rajesh Maharjan, Ms. Smriti Shrestha , Ms. Prity Maharjan, Ms. Alina Madhikarmi & Ms. Elina Maharjan

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 464
• Total number of students with normal findings: 305 (65.73%)
• Total number of students with wax: 149(32.11%)
• Total number of students with external ear problem: 1(0.21%)
• Total number of students with middle ear problems: 9 (1.93%)
• Total number of students with hearing loss: 8 (1.72%)
