Ear screening program details of Banshighat Tole Sudhar Samiti,

Tripureshwor, Kathmandu

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr. Rajesh Maharjan, Ms. Smriti Shrestha , Ms. Prity Maharjan & Ms. Rosy Bajracharya.

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 102
• Total number of students with normal findings: 36 (35.29%)
• Total number of students with wax: 63 (61.76%)
• Total number of students with middle ear problems: 3 (3.65%)
• Total number of students with hearing loss: 1 (1.21%)
