Ear screening program details of Shree Bhalchandra Secondary School

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr. Samjhana Phuyal, Ms. Prity Maharjan, Ms. Alina Madhikarmi, Ms. Ramita Maharjan, Ms. Mana Shakya, Ms. Malani, Mr. Safal.

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 292
• Total number of students with normal findings: 188 (64.38%)
• Total number of students with wax: 85 (29.12%)
• Total number of students with external ear problem: 0
• Total number of students with middle ear probelm: 19 (6.51%)
