Ear screening program details of Kushadevi Secondary School

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr. Milan Maharjan, Dr. Samjhana Phuyal, Mr. Binay Bikram Adhikari, Ms. Prity Maharjan, Ms. Elina Maharjan, Ms. Alina Madhikarmi.

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 549
• Total number of students with normal findings: 238 (43.35%)
• Total number of students with wax: 249 (45.35%)
• Total number of students with external ear problem: 3 (0.54%) 
• Total number of students with middle ear probelm: 58 (10.56%)
• SNHL: 1 (0.18%)
