Ear screening program details of Bal Adarsha Secondary School

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr. Samjhana Phuyal, Mr. Binay Bikram Adhikari, Ms. Prity Maharjan, Ms. Elina Maharjan, Ms. Alina Madhikarmi.

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 305
• Total number of students with normal findings: 169 (55.40%)
• Total number of students with wax: 107 (35.08%)
• Total number of students with external ear problem: 0 
• Total number of students with middle ear probelm: 27 (8.85%)
• SNHL: 2 (0.65%)
