Ear screening program details of Shree Ram Secondary School

Khopashi, Panauti, Kavrepalanchowk

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr. Samjhana Phuyal, Ms. Prity Maharjan, Ms. Alina Madhikarmi, Ms. Rosy Bajracharya.

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 121
• Total number of students with normal findings: 67 (55.37%)
• Total number of students with wax: 37 (30.57%)
• Total number of students with external ear problem: 0 
• Total number of students with middle ear probelm: 16 (13.22%)
• SNHL: 1 (0.83%)
