Ear screening program details of Setidevi Secondary School

Dhulikhel-2, Rabigaun, Kavrepalanchowk

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr. Santosh Kumar, Mr. Binay Bikram Adhikari, Ms. Prity Maharjan, Ms. Alina Madhikarmi, Ms. Elina Maharjan,  Ms. Rosy Bajracharya.

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 192
• Total number of students with normal findings: 125 (65.1%)
• Total number of students with wax: 60 (31.25%)
• Total number of students with external ear problem: 0 
• Total number of students with middle ear probelm: 7 (3.64%)
