Ear screening program details of Jana Chetana Secondary School

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr. Samjhana Phuyal, Mr. Binay Bikram Adhikari, Ms. Alina Madhikarmi, Ms. Elina Maharjan,  Ms. Rosy Bajracharya.

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 359
• Total number of students with normal findings: 237 (66.02%)
• Total number of students with wax: 84 (23.4%)
• Total number of students with external ear problem: 4 (1.11%) 
• Total number of students with middle ear probelm: 30 (8.36%)
• SNHL: 4 (1.11%)
