Ear screening program details of Devisthan Secondary School

Devitar, Kavrepalanchowk

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr. Samjhana Phuyal, Mr. Binay Bikram Adhikari, Ms. Alina Madhikarmi, Ms. Elina Maharjan,  Ms. Rosy Bajracharya.

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 167
• Total number of students with normal findings: 106 (63.5%)
• Total number of students with wax: 45 (26.95%)
• Total number of students with external ear problem: 2 (1.19) 
• Total number of students with middle ear probelm: 14 (8.38%)
