Ear screening program details of Gyaneshwori Secondary School

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr. Santosh Kumar, Mr. Shakespeare Pandey, Ms. Rosy Bajracharya, Ms. Prity Maharjan, Ms. Elina Maharjan.

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 166
• Total number of students with normal findings: 118 (71.08%)
• Total number of students with wax: 38 (22.89%)
• Total number of students with external ear problem: 0
• Total number of students with middle ear probelm: 9 (5.42%)
• SNHL: 1 (0.6%)
