Ear screening program details of Janakalyan Secondary School

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr. Samjhana Phuyal, Mr. Shakespeare Pandey, Ms. Rosy Bajracharya, Ms. Prity Maharjan, Ms. Elina Maharjan.  

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 84
• Total number of students with normal findings: 55 (65.47%)
• Total number of students with wax: 23 (27.38%)
• Total number of students with external ear problem: 0
• Total number of students with middle ear probelm: 5 (5.95%)
• SNHL: 1 (1.19%)
