Ear screening program details of Bhakteswor Basic School

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr. Samjhana Phuyal, Mr. Shakespeare Pandey, Ms. Rosy Bajracharya, Ms. Elina Maharjan, Alvaro Rodriguez, Nerea Llana.  

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 93
• Total number of students with normal findings: 45 (48.38%)
• Total number of students with wax: 33 (35.48%)
• Total number of students with external ear problem: 1 (1.07%)
• Total number of students with middle ear probelm: 14 (15.05%)
