Ear screening program details of Shree Laxmi Narayan Secondary School

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal: Dr. Samjhana Phuyal, Mr. Shakespeare Pandey, Ms. Prity Maharjan, Ms. Elina Maharjan, Ms. Alina Madhikarmi, Ms. Rosy Bajracharya.

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students ear screened: 222
• Total number of students with normal findings: 119 (53.60%)
• Total number of students with wax: 76 (34.23%)
• Total number of students with external ear problem: 0
• Total number of students with middle ear probelm: 26 (11.71%)
• SNHL: 1 (0.45%)
