Ear screening program details of Shree Lubhu Secondary School

Lubhu, Lalitpur 

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal which included ENT Surgeon: Dr. Milan Maharjan, Audio-technician: Ms. Ramita Maharjan, Community Ear Assistant: Mana Shrestha, Volunteers: Sabrina Shakya

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students: 121
• Total number with normal findings: 87 (71.90%)
• Total number with wax: 22 (18.18%)
• Total number with middle ear problem: 10 (8.26%)
• SNHL: 2 (1.65%)
  
• Students requiring surgery: 2
