Ear screening program details of Bal Vinod Secondary School

Natole, Lalitpur

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal which included ENT Surgeon: Dr. Milan Maharjan, Audio-technician: Ms. Ramita Maharjan, Community Ear Assistant: Mana Shrestha, Volunteers: Prity Maharjan.

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students: 133
• Total number with normal findings: 92 (69.17%)
• Total number with wax: 27 (20.30%)
• Total number with middle ear problem: 14 (10.52%)
