Ear screening program details of Shree Tika Vidyashram Higher Secondary School

Sanepa, Lalitpur

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal which included ENT Surgeon: Dr. Milan Maharjan, Audio-technician: Ms. Ramita Maharjan, Community Ear Assistant: Mana Shrestha, Volunteers: Prity Maharjan.

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students: 176
• Total number with normal findings: 124 (70.45%)
• Total number with wax: 38 (21.59%)
• Total number with middle ear problem: 13 (7.38%)
