Ear screening program details of Shree Pancha Kumari Primary School

Dhobighat, Lalitpur

Screening program was carried out by a team from Ear Care Nepal which included ENT Surgeon: Dr. Milan Maharjan, Audio-technician: Ms. Ramita Maharjan, Community Ear Assistant: Mana Shrestha, Volunteers: Ms. Prity Maharjan, Ms. Oihane.

Active participation and support was provided by the teachers during entire program.

• Total number of students: 66
• Total number with normal findings: 41 (62.12%)
• Total number with wax: 23 (34.84%)
• Total number with middle ear problem: 2 (3.03%)
